I'm looking for products with the following specifications:
ROTATING WIRE BRUSH DEBURRING MACHINE FOR SQUARE, RECTANGULAR PIPE DEBURRING.
Type: Rotating wire brush deburring machine for pipes
Use: The machine is used to remove burrs after cutting on a band saw. (See photos for details)
Application: The tubes we cut are square, rectangular pipes of various sizes and thicknesses. After they are cut the edges are rough with cutting burrs. We want to remove these.
Rectangular pipes: 60x40x2, 80x60x3, 120x60x3
Square: 60x60x3, 80x80x3, 100x100x3, 120x120x3; maximum 150x150x4
These pipes have their ends deburred and then are welded together with other pipes or flat sheet metal parts.
Ideally the machine has a rotating wire brush and an entrance for pipe insertion. The worker holds the workpiece and inserts it into the mouth of the machine to remove the burrs.
The machine should have:
- frame which contains the deburring unit which prevents pieces of metal from flying around
- entrance for pipe insertion
- support holder for easier pipe insertion
- control panel with: on, off buttons, emergency off button, button to set the RPM of the wire brush
- a drawer to remove the burrs from the machine
- a lifting cover to access the wire brush for maintenance and cleaning
- optionally a filtration entrance to suck out the burrs
