For the production of an end customer product, we are looking for a production partner who can precisely glue, pre-age and pre-stretch strain gauges onto tube pieces so that they do not change or change only very little in later use.In addition, approx. 2m long cables are to be soldered on and the strain gauge is to be sealed for protection.The tube piece is used to measure a torsional deformation without including bending deformations.Since the budget is quite restricted, we would like to use one full bridge per tube as shown in the picture in the attachment. However, if there are good reasons for using two opposing half bridges, this would also be possible.The tube piece has approximately the dimensions OD:30mm ID:24mm L:200mm.Please send us a quotation for the application of the strain gauge as described above including the strain gauge and please also quote the price for the strain gauge without application. If you have the possibility to offer the complete product including manufacturing of the tube, that would be interesting.At the moment we expect to need between 5,000 and 10,000 pieces per year and would like to order them 1,000 pieces at a time.For further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
