I would like to develop a custom carbide burr that is bearing guided. The body of the burr will be a typical pattern, 1/4 inch shank, 1/2 inch cutter diameter with a 1/2 inch OD bearing fixed to the top of the burr to cut the same profile a a guide, similar to a bearing guided router bit. See the image for clarification, this photo will be the only asset provided to finish development, no model or STEP file exists, please do not ask for one, do not bid if you can not work from the photo, (the image was created from 2 different photos, that bearing guided bit does not actually exist yet).
