Hello , for a national state tender I need a quote for the following:199,032 PCs - COMPASS FOR DRAWING. It will be for pencil, not graph. It will have a blunt tip, the metal tip must have a stop to prevent it from sinking in or coming out.Metallic structure with few removable parts ( The screw that holds the pencil in should not have a chance to come off, so it doesn't get lost). The metal arms must be attached with two screws to the plastic handle. Each compass must have an abbreviation printed in one color (to be defined) They will be delivered in a secondary packaging of 24 units.The tender requires the delivery of samples identical to the budgeted product.We attach photographs of the reference compass (Staedtler noris 55055) Thanks
