一、海运专业术语

FOB：Free on board 离岸价

指在起运港的船上完成交货，越过船舷的所有风险和费用都由买家自己承担。

CIF：Cost，insurance，and freight 到岸价格

指卖方需要承担所有的费用直到货物抵达目的港，贸易术语里包含成本加运费加保险。

CFR：Cost freight 成本及运费

指同样卖方需要承担的费用是货物到达目的港的全部费用，但不包括海运保险。

FAS：Free alongside ship 船边交货

指买家指定装运港，卖家只要把货物交到指定的装运港船边就算完成交货。目前这种运输术语很少用到。



二、其它运输英文术语

customs clearance fee 报关费

Eg. We will take on the customs clearance fee, but you must delivery within deadline.

我们会承担报关费，但你们务必要在规定时间内交货。

in transit to 转运至

Eg. Goods are in transit to port.

货物正在转运到港口。

mode of transportation 运输方式

Eg. Which kind of mode of transportation your company use?

你们公司用的是哪种运输方式？

transport requirement 运输条件

Eg. What is your specific transport requirement？

你们需要的运输条件是什么？

to do charter 租船

Eg. Do you do any chartering？
